November Update
It had been a while since our last post, so I thought I would give a quick update. Maddy has been receiving her weekly treatments and she is currently on steroids again. She is doing well, but the treatments are taking their toll on her. She is sooooo tired! She has another treatment on Thursday and then she will have a little break until after Thanksgiving. Looking forward to this...

ReplyDeleteI pray for you everyday!!! I sure wish I could take away all the side affects of those nasty drugs and steroids! You are the bravest 3rd grader I know!!!!! Going for Chinese was good last evening ---- I was just sorry you didn't feel a little better! Sure hope today, Saturday, was better! I am so glad it is time for a break from treatments and steroids. Hang in there day by day! Don't ever forget that you are loved and very special to lots and lots of people!
I have not forgotten that it was 2 years ago today that you found out about the leukemia. I've been thinking about you all day long. You have been through a lot and and I know you can keep up the fight that it takes to lick leukemia! I am so proud of you!
Do you like pumpkin cookies??? I'd be glad to get you some - or whatever Thanksgiving treat you and your family would like.
