It has been six months since we lost our precious Maddy. We miss her smile, we miss her laugh, we miss her hugs and kisses... We find ourselves still wondering how this happened. It still just doesn't seem real- we are still waiting for her to walk through the door!
Today, Maddy would have turned 10 years old. We had a little party for her here on Earth and we hope she had a HUGE celebration in Heaven! It has been a tough few days but we are thankful for all of our family and friends for your continued support!
I am sure Maddy's party in heaven was all joy with no sadness! It's those that were left behind that miss her so much that it is so hard on. We have to believe that she is whole, happy, without leukemia and all the crap that went with it to get throughout the pain! Continue to count on your friends and family as you know we are always here for all of you! Happy Birthday Maddy! Hope you got our balloons and messages! Love you and miss you always!

ReplyDeleteI am sure Maddy had a HUGE joyous birthday in heaven. Though I am sure everyday is joyous and special as she gets to sit on Jesus lap and walk (no with Maddy run) those streets of gold, no leukemia holding her back. Continued prayers for you that she left behind, may Jesus fill your souls with peace and healing. Hope Julia's birthday is also special. Happy Birthday to the best big sister ever.
ReplyDeleteA very happy birthday to Maddy, and huge hugs to you all.
