Hoping a Christmas miracle will happen. Try to stay strong and know that our entire community loves and is praying for Maddy.
From Jesus Calling Devotional. Do not fear your weakness, for it is the stage on which My Power and Glory perform most brilliantly. As you persevere along the path I have prepared for you, depending on My strength to sustain you, expect to see miracles-and you will. Miracles are not always visible to the naked eye, but those who live by faith can see them clearly. Living by faith, rather than sight, enables you to see My Glory.
Then Jesus said, "Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?" John 11:40 I have never seen a family who display their faith in God any stronger than you all. Dorothy, He has enabled you day after day to lead us at school when any mere mortal without His power would have crumbled. In our weakness, He is made strong. To God be the Glory! None of us want to lose Maddy. We pray for her miracle around the clock, trying to pray without ceasing. May you all feel Jesus near as we wait on Him. Love, Aliese and David
Just know there are many of us who are graduated and we still pray hard for Maddy. Ever since i experienced the assembly when we raised an amazing amount of money for ABC for Maddy i haven't been the same. Seeing so many come together for one little girl changed my heart. I am studying to become a teacher as well. i could only dream of having a community this close and having students as strong as Maddy. Please let her know she is AMAZING. Shes Gods angel that He has let us borrow to glorify His name. No matter what happens now she will always be in our hearts <3 -Kayla
