Maddy had another bad night. She is very uncomfortable and the symptoms of the encephalopathy have progressed. In order to make her comfortable and prevent any further complications, we have decided to put her on a ventilator and sedate her for the next few days to allow her to rest and heal. After the few days, we will reevaluate her situation.
We are praying for her comfort.
This is all so scary. Just know that I am thinking of Maddy and you all. Hoping that things improve, and fast.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Bridget

ReplyDeleteall of you.
Lamberts,
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking about and praying for you guys endlessly. I wish I could offer you words to ease your pain, but I know that nothing I say can make it any better. Miss Maddy is one of the strongest and most amazing young ladies that I have ever had the privilege of meeting. Actually, your whole family is amazing! I hate, hate, hate that you guys have to go through this! I asked Cheryl to give you guys a hug from us last week… I hope that she remembered to pass it on! Thanks for keeping us updated and know that we are all here if you need us. In the mean time, we will continue praying for strength and courage for you all.
Much love and hugs,
Adam, Amanda and Adalyn
Be Strong and Courageous, do not be fearful, for the Lord Your God is with you
ReplyDeleteWishing you all peace and strength. We are praying and praying and praying for you all

ReplyDeleteDear God,
ReplyDeleteWatch over little Maddy and comfort her tonight as she sleeps. Give Russ and Dorothy the rest they need and the strength to carry them through the next few days as they wait for Maddy to heal. Be with Julia and sustain her with your love and promises. Bring your everlasting arms around this family and hold them close. Amen
May you feel God's presence each day as you go through this very difficult time. Praying, praying, praying for little Maddy and your whole family--and have shared this prayer request with my friends in Bryan and on FB. God be with you, give you His Strength to get through each day and hold Maddy in His arms as she rests and gets better. Pam Roth, Bryan (Deb Buehrer's sister)
